Job Description: The Business Partner will provide advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and by acting as the main point of contact for Digital Health services for operational leaders within the assigned portfolio and area. The Business Partner will be responsible for supporting these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key services including leadership on Digital Health related needs, clinical and business workflows, IT requirements, clinical and business training, and change and transition management as well as ensuring Digital Health is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation.
The Business Partner will be embedded into key processes for Digital Health and the SHA including intake of new initiatives, risk assessments and prioritization reviews. The Business Partner will work with Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) portfolios and area leadership and will bring forward key priorities as well as work with external partners (ex. eHealth) to manage implementations

Experience
- 3 - 5 years’ experience leading digital transformation projects and integrated planning with IT and business environments in a complex organization
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology or related healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable.

- Proven ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders, including community, to balance the needs and interests of these diverse groups while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.
- Is committed to delivering on patient and family centred care and is commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement striving towards zero harm
- Demonstrates and is recognized for strategic and operational leadership that includes articulation of mission, vision and strategy and charts a path forward.
- Knowledge of First Nations and Metis history in Saskatchewan along with an understanding of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity
- Demonstrates commitment to a diverse, culturally competent and culturally safe health system and representative workforce.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan.
- Has demonstrated strong critical thinking, financial and analytical skills
- Knowledge of legislation and applicable laws
- Basic knowledge of the LEAN management system

- Ability to integrate clinical knowledge and experience into activities to enhance clinical practice.
- A knowledge of Human Resources programs and systems
