Job Description: The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is responsible for performing key functions within the Human Resources portfolio, by providing advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and by acting as the main point of contact for HR services for operational leaders within the assigned service area. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations as well as ensuring HR is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation.

Experience
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law
- Experience in Health Care Management
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
- Human Resources diploma
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
