Job Description: The Finance Business Partner (FBP) is responsible for performing key functions within the Finance portfolio. The FBP provides leadership, direction and implementation, including development and execution of operational plans, that align to the strategic plan and health authority priorities and directives. The FBP demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The FBP must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The FBP will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.
Experience
- 5+ yrs at a Senior Finance level, in similar scope/areas of complexity
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Business with CPA designation is acceptable
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Bachelor of Finance is acceptable
