Job Description: The Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Consultant Senior is responsible for planning, development, organization and delivery of ASD services within the framework of the interdisciplinary team. The ASD consultant provides coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff, ASD Support Workers, Educational Staff and Community Partners.

Experience
- Two years experience with children with abnormal/normal childhood development
- Two years experience working with children with ASD
Education
- Masters degree in a Health Sciences Field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- First Aid Certificate
- Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Training in Autism Spectrum Disorder and treatment
- Training in normal and abnormal child development
- Current CPR certification

- Ability to formulate referral plans and requests

- Ability to travel when required
- Experience in clinical supervision and skill development of staff an asset
- Registered/eligible to register with corresponding professional association
