Job Description: Accountability for physician recruitment and retention activities by providing support, expertise and leadership to medical departments, service lines and individual physicians. The Associate contributes to provincial alignment, effectiveness of organizational and cultural change initiatives as they relate to the ability to attract and retain physicians. This position works closely with department colleagues, SHA service lines, physician executives/heads/leads, College of Medicine, government agencies, the Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).

- Alternate experience of 1 year performing administrative duties is acceptable
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Bachelor of Human Resources is acceptable
- Business Administration diploma is acceptable
