Job Description: Reporting to a Manager, this position is responsible for providing leadership to a team of staff in a program area. The Team Lead is accountable for all staffing and budgetary responsibilities in their program area, working cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support overall operations. This position is typically used in complex or large clinical/corporate environments where span of control or functional diversity necessitates one or more Team Leads to provide leadership to various program areas. The Team Lead demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client‐centric culture. The Team Lead will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.

Experience
- Five (5) years experience in a health related manager or supervisor role
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in an applicable field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
