Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager and in partnership with local Network Leaders, the Assessor Coordinator - Degree - Senior is an integral part of operations responsible for putting strategy into action through education, implementation, clinical support and evaluation of the home care services provided by interdisciplinary care teams. They will also have a provincial role in consultation, development, and standardization of home care programming across the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree - Senior is the clinical and program resource for all Home Care programming needs. They will collaborate with other portfolios with the SHA to support Primary Health Care/Health Service Managers in ensuring front line staff have all the resources, training, and clinical support they require to do their work consistently, safely, effectively, and efficiently, aligning with current best practice standards.

Experience
- Two (2) years clinical experience in the specific area
Education
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
- Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable
