Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Staff Safety at the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides high-level administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This role supports the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Staff Safety portfolio by delivering accurate, timely, and effective administrative services. The incumbent contributes to the development and execution of processes and practices that enhance operational efficiency. Working collaboratively with members of the Senior Leadership Team and their support staff, the Administrative Assistant plays a key role in advancing the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s objectives. The incumbent also coordinates workflow with administrative support staff across the Executive Office and Executive Director portfolios. In the absence of other administrative staff, this position may provide additional support services as required.

Experience

  • "3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role "

Education

  • Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course
