Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing confidential administrative and secretarial support to a group of Acute Care Managers of Nursing, Saskatoon City Hospital as well as occasional support, as required, to the Directors responsible for these areas. The incumbent plays a vital role in maintaining the professional image of the Region by communicating effectively within the organization and with external stakeholders/partners and by providing a high level of administrative support. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent will work to support our vision of healthiest people, healthiest communities and exceptional service.

Experience
- Experience working with collective agreements
- Several years' experience in an administrative role
Education
- Administrative Assistant diploma
- Management degree/diploma
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Administrative Assistant certificate
- Management certificate
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Equivalent combination of education and experience
