Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Manager and Director, First Nations Métis Relations (FNMR) of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, the facilitation of efficient operations of the Manager and Director, FNMR portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with the FNMR Team to assist in accomplishing the FNMR objectives. The incumbent will work closely with the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of the First Nations Métis Health (FNMH) Portfolio to ensure coordination and communication of workflow. The incumbent will also coordinate with other administrative support staff of the Provincial FNMH Portfolio and in their absence, will provide support services as requested. Expectation to travel as necessary.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role

Education

  • Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
