Our Claims Services team is seeking a Claims Adjudicator to provide collaborative support to plan members on their path to health using an active case management approach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality service, and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and management long-term disability claims through to resolution
- Determine eligibility for benefit payments based on plan policies and medical/vocational information
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans
- Support plan members through a successful return-to-work process
What You Bring:
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in disability claims adjudication and/or completion of post-secondary education in the medical field, such as nursing, kinesiology, or physiotherapy
