Job Description: Corporate Accounting Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Finance portfolio. The Corporate Accounting Specialist is accountable for coordinating and implementing the effective and efficient operation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Treasury, Reporting & Compliance functions. As well, the Specialist is responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate financial information by performing critical cash flow forecast, general ledger reconciliations and audits of accounts payable, accounts receivable documents, bank accounts, debt & investments. The incumbent creates and sustains a workplace environment that fosters respect, builds trust, open communication and promotion of learning and growth.

Experience
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting role
Education
- Bachelor of Finance (BF)
- Accounting designation (CA, CPA)
- Finance diploma
- Business Administration/Commerce majoring in Accounting
- Accounting diploma
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
