Description
Position Summary
The Prosthetics Intern duties include assessment, measurement/casting, cast modifications, prosthesis design and fitting and follow-up of patients with amputations. The Prosthetics Intern will work under the supervision of a Certified Prosthetist in good standing with the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists.
Schedule Work Hours
Monday to Friday; Days
2. Registered or eligible for registration in the Residency program of CBCPO.
3. Demonstrated technical and clinical skills in Prosthetics and Orthotics profession.
4. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability and willingness to work within a team of health care providers.
