Description
The eHealth Transformational (Change Management) Analyst will support the eHealth Program in the advancement of regional eHealth solutions. Working closely with the Engagement and Development Senior Consultant, and other eHealth Program team members, this individual will liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders, including health service providers across the continuum of care, business partners, vendors, and the eHealth Office. Their role will be to define, understand, analyze, and facilitate business needs requirements, and consult on the implementation of business changes as a result of eHealth initiatives, operational changes, compliance requirements, client needs, and technology or operational improvements.
This position will support the adoption of ConnectMyHealth across three Ontario Health Team regions in the Greater Golden Horseshoe region: Burlington, Hamilton, and Niagara. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with healthcare partners across these regions to promote patient engagement and CMH adoption.
This position is eligible for a hybrid remote work arrangement, in accordance with HHS’ Remote Work Policy
2. Solid understanding of change management and related methodologies
3. University or College Degree in a related field
4. Working toward, or completed, a Change Management or Business Analysis certification an asset
5. Minimum 5 years project management experience
6. Minimum 3 years relationship management experience
7. Experience in eliciting requirements using a variety of techniques
8. Experience in specifying and modeling requirements, processes and workflows
9. Experience in facilitating business process improvements and successfully implementing change initiatives
10. Experience in preparing communications targeted at varied audience types across the healthcare spectrum
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Demonstrated facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building skills
13. Proven problem solving and analytical skills
14. Ability to work in teams or independently
15. Proficiency in office productivity software and tools
16. Experience in the health care sector an asset
17. Experience in health care sector privacy and security regulatory requirements an asset
18. Valid Ontario Drivers License and vehicle for local and regional travel as may be required
