eHealth Program Coordinator

The eHealth Program Coordinator will support the eHealth Office in its delivery of regional eHealth projects and initiatives to ensure strong project communications, documentation and reporting, throughout the lifecycle of various projects and program requirements. Duties may include:

- Coordinating continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements to support the eHealth program and related service delivery
- Coordinating with the eHealth Office team members to ensure adherence to timelines, budget and stakeholder requirements
- Monitoring specific deliverables and timelines, communicating as an integral member of the team, and coordinating issues and risk management as assigned
- Following up on team member commitments and proactively identifying risks
- Coordinating a variety of program information and metrics, and ensuring ongoing accuracy of same
- Developing business cases, proposals, options papers, briefing notes and other program communications as required and maintaining resource materials
- Drafting and managing program management artifacts, such as status reports, action items, issue and risk logs, and decision reporting
- Collaborating on marketing / communications strategies and materials, including social media campaigns
- Assisting with responses to stakeholder inquiries and coordinating action plans as required
- Coordinating the activities of the program with interrelated activities of other programs, departments or organizations to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and legislation
- Developing communication and promotional materials for distribution via newsletters, brochures, websites and other media
- Maintaining regional eHealth solution and program roadmaps
- Ensuring all documentation follows appropriate standards (e.g. aligns with regional eHealth cluster reporting templates for rollup), is version controlled and loaded onto central program sites
- Assisting with program budgets, tracking against actual costs and resolving discrepancies
- Managing small work packages as required
- Following standard program delivery and service management methodologies


Qualifications

1. 5+ years of related work experience managing and coordinating multiple projects
2. University or College degree in a related field
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
4. Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
5. Demonstrated excellence in communication and the ability to initiate and model positive change
6. Superior written and oral presentation skills
7. Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail
8. Ability to determine priorities, be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
9. Ability to multi-task, manage tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
10. Professional and responsible with sensitive and confidential issues/information
11. Creative problem solving skills
12. Familiarity with MS Office and Project, SharePoint, Portfolio Management (Eclipse an asset), ITIL
13. Demonstrated experience managing across full solution development lifecycle
14. Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
15. Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
16. Knowledge or experience of the Health Sector and/or government is an asset
17. Knowledge of service management principles and practices
