To support our ambitions across Québec, we are looking for a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Advisor who can identify top talent, support managers in their hiring decisions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices.
In this key role, you will help implement innovative recruitment strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand, all while playing a meaningful role in the growth of our organization.
As a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Advisor, you will:
- Design and implement attraction and recruitment strategies tailored to a variety of operational and corporate realities;
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from needs analysis through to hiring;
• Act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership teams on recruitment matters;
• Contribute actively to the promotion and evolution of the employer brand;
• Ensure the consistency, compliance, and effectiveness of recruitment practices and processes;
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, and provide practical recommendations;
• Participate in strategic HR projects that support the organization’s growth and transformation.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition;
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools;
• Excellent written French skills and strong writing abilities.
