Description
Description:
Under the responsibility of the branch manager, you will receive and ship parts for various orders. You will be an important part of the process. Pneutech-rousseau is a company in the pneumatic and hydraulic field whose main objective is customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive merchandise
- Ship merchandise
- Keep the inventory area clean and organized
- Conduct inventory counts
- Process end-of-day shipments in the computer system
- Work with the computer system
- Assist customers by phone (as needed)
- Assist customers at the counter (as needed)
- Operate a forklift
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Receiving and Shipping Assistant or similar role
- Good understanding of shipping procedures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of market research
- Solid organizational skills
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- Good ability to concentrate
- Conscientious
- Resourcefulness
- Punctuality
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
