In the role of Team Leader - Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading the control panel assembly team, ensuring its efficient operation and overseeing the successful delivery of all assigned projects. More precisely, you will have to:

- Ensure a positive and motivating work environment for team members;
- Lead the integration, training, and supervision of team members;
- Maintain a clean and safe work area;
- Manage workload distribution among team members while prioritizing tasks effectively;
- Monitor project progress and keep the Production Site Manager informed of status updates and any challenges encountered;
- Validate project milestones and adjust direction when necessary;
- Keep consumable inventory accurate and adequately stocked;
- Plan required training and contribute to content development;
- Support the Production Site Manager in achieving strategic plan objectives;
- Promote and enforce health and safety standards as well as compliance with regulations;
- Recommend and implement improvements to maintain quality standards and enhance production efficiency;
- Perform any other related duties as required.
- Hold a vocational diploma in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or any other relevant training;
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader (an asset);
- 5 years of experience as an assembler or any other relevant experience;
- Experience managing variances;
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics;
- Exhibit strong motivating leadership capabilities;
- Balance autonomy and initiative with team alignment, ensuring smooth operations and shared success;
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills;
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail;
- Display interpersonal and communication skills;
- Manage priorities effectively.
