Raison d’être du poste

Relevant de la directrice finance, le ou la titulaire de ce poste sera responsable d’analyser la rentabilité par produits et revoir les analyses de coûts et la valorisation des inventaires des différentes unités d’affaires afin d’optimiser la rentabilité de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités

• Responsable des analyses des résultats versus les budgets et prévisions financières des différentes unités d’affaires ;
• Responsable du suivi, du contrôle et de l’analyse des coûts et des inventaires ;
• Superviser le processus de clôture mensuel des transactions liées aux inventaires ;
• Réviser les analyses de profitabilité par produit et par usine ;
• Superviser la préparation des indicateurs de performance et des divers rapports de gestion ;
• Suivre et réviser annuellement les taux horaires d’imputation ;
• Participer aux processus budgétaires et à l’établissement des marges brutes par unités d’affaires ;
• Suivre les coûts d’achat de matière et approuver les bons de commandes des usines ;
• Participer à la planification des décomptes d’inventaire ;
• Maintenir de bonnes communications avec les divers intervenants ;
• Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus ;
• Mise en place des contrôles internes requis et s’assurer de leur suivi ;
• Participer aux projets spéciaux ;
• Effectuer toute autres tâches connexes.

Exigences d’emploi

Scolarité requise

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité ;
• Titre CPA ;
• 2 ans dans un poste similaire.

Compétences techniques

• Connaissances informatiques : office et Excel en particulier ;
• Habile avec les systèmes ERP ;
• Bilinguisme.

Purpose of the position

Reporting to the finance director, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for analyzing profitability by product ans reviewing cost analyses and the valuation of inventories for the various business units to optimize the profitability of the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing the results versus the budgets and financial forecasts of the various business units ;
• Responsible for tracking, controlling and analyzing costs and inventories ;
• Oversee the monthly closing process of inventory-related transactions ;
• Review profitability analyses by product and by plant ;
• Supervise the preparation of performance indicators and various management reports ;
• Monitor and revise the hourly imputation rates annually ;
• Participate in budget processes and the establishment of gross margins by business units ;
• Monitor material purchase costs and approve factory purchase orders ;
• Participate in the planning of inventory counts ;
• Maintain good communication with the various stakeholders ;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes ;
• Implementation of the required internal controls and ensuring their follow-up ;
• Participate in special projects ;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting ;
• CPA designation ;
• 2 years in a similar position.

Technical skills

• Computer skills: office and Excel in particular;
• Skilled with ERP systems ;
• Bilingualism.
