We are looking for a Sales Representative who will act as a trusted partner to our customers while driving market growth. In this role, you will serve as the link between customer needs in the field and your internal team, while maintaining an active presence within the industry.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
• Research and analyze market trends and customer needs;
• Regularly visit existing and prospective customers;
• Present, promote, and sell products using strong value-based sales arguments to existing and potential clients;
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to meet customer requirements;
• Collaborate in the preparation of monthly sales performance reports;
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry-related events;
• Provide high-quality after-sales service;
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities;
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maximize customer satisfaction;
• Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and departments within Groupe Bellemare;
• Achieve sales objectives established by management;
• Provide feedback regarding market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs;
• Travel occasionally for business purposes (Canada, United States, Europe);
• Perform any other duties related to sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requested skills

What You'll Need ?
• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills;
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships;
• Strong initiative, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in both French and English;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using ERP systems (an asset);
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
