We are looking for a Delivery Agent/File Organizer to join our team!
As part of your job, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles in a professional manner and performing various support duties as requested by your supervisor:
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels;
• Process payments;
• Oversee the preparation of all sold vehicles for delivery, ensuring that selected options have been properly installed and that all features are fully functional (tinted windows, decals, floor mats, etc.);
• Ensure that items requiring installation are scheduled;
• Ensure that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner’s manual, etc.);
• Coordinate the delivery; collect payment upon delivery, offer a tour of the dealership’s facilities, and introduce customers to the appropriate dealership staff, including the manager and technical advisor;
• Complete the delivery, explain all the car’s features to the customer, including the manufacturer’s warranty, services offered by the dealership, and the customer satisfaction survey;
• Promptly address customer issues or complaints by immediately informing the sales manager;
• Actively participate in the owner follow-up and retention program to foster customer loyalty;
• Actively participate in various customer service-related matters;
• Assist sales managers when necessary;
• Perform other duties as needed and as directed by management.
The ideal candidate presents a professional image, is well-groomed, and has at least one year of experience.
