- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs on customer and inventory vehicles.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Use data programming tools for troubleshooting, module coding, programming, and system initializations.
- Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to prepare new vehicles for the road.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently to the highest quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the efficient operation of the shop.
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in Automotive Mechanics
- Relevant experience required
- Valid CPA cards/certifications
- Knowledge of Volkswagen products (an asset)
- Class A or Class B Technician Certification (or equivalent licensing, depending on local regulations)
