Grenier Automobile is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team!
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the department.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and transactions.
- Train, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants.
- Perform “TOs” (taking over customer interactions to help close sales).
- Ensure lead distribution and follow-up.
- Support sales representatives during customer negotiations.
- Monitor sales objectives and team performance to ensure targets are met.
- Perform any other duties related to the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Management or leadership experience (a significant asset).
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven with a strong customer service focus.
- Salary starting at $130,000.
