We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chief Financial Officer to join our team! In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the dealership’s financial services, while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
Work closely with sales teams to identify and propose financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
Train, mentor, and support staff on financial products and best sales practices.
Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.
Required Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in management or financial services, ideally in the automotive industry.
Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong skills in communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven team player with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
