As a Project Agent, your main duties will be to:

• Following the measurement, proceed with the processing of the project
• Follow up with the distributor on missing items / price revision / purchase order
• Request any information change in the management system to the Production / Purchasing team
• Adjust Square feet
• Modification of stone, edge profile, etc.
• Adding options: sink or any other accessory
• Adjust the information relevant to the system for the installations
• Complete the integration of project documents
• Perform formatting / preparation of shop drawing and obtain approval from distributor
• Answer distributor and customer questions regarding project and calculations
• Submit documents for final payment from distributor / customer
• Shared responsibility to maintain customer portals
• Assist colleagues with all other tasks related to the SAC department
• Assist in collections of age of accounts when necessary
