IT Infrastructure Specialist
YOUR MISSION OF EXCELLENCE
You will ensure the management and security of networks, servers, databases, and backup systems.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
•    You will oversee the performance and protection of the IT infrastructure, while supporting users and contributing to the deployment of new technological solutions.
•    You will participate in audits, apply best practices in cybersecurity, ensure service continuity, and collaborate in the planning of infrastructure projects.
•    Through your technological monitoring, you will propose continuous improvements and contribute to the development of the IT budget.

THE IDEAL PROFILE
•    Diploma in computer studies (DEC, AEC);
•    5-10 years of relevant experience;
•    On-site work at our Cowansville or Lennoxville location three times a week;
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments: MS SQL, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Windows Server;
•    Experience in a multi-site, multi-server network environment;
•    Solid experience with Active Directory (local) and Azure AD (GPO, LDAP);
•    Very good knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN, VLAN, RADIUS;
•    Competence in network analysis, monitoring, and optimization;
•    Experience managing firewalls and network security infrastructures;
•    Expertise with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization environments;
•    Knowledge of Clearpass (NAC) and Axis (ZTNA) solutions (an asset);
•    Ability to maintain clear, up-to-date, and structured documentation;
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
•    Autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong sense of accountability;
•    Curiosity, a self-taught approach, and professional rigor;
•    Strong aptitude for teamwork and inter-department collaboration;
•    Willingness to respond to incidents or projects outside standard working hours;
•    Availability for occasional travel (Canada and the U.S.) to sister companies;
•    Bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written, to support 350 users across 11 sites in Canada and the U.S.
