The SME Solutions business unit of ACCEO Solutions, a division of Harris Computer, specializes in the development and distribution of management software for businesses and professionals. Through its flagship products Acomba and Avantage, as well as a range of specialized solutions, it helps simplify and optimize business processes for more than 50,000 SMEs.
As a Prospecting Specialist, your mission will be to generate qualified sales opportunities for our sales representatives.

What you will bring to your team:
- Your ability to identify and qualify prospects (by phone, email, LinkedIn, or through our prospecting tools).
- Your ability to initiate cold outreach and spark the curiosity of decision-makers.
- Your desire to contribute to the team’s growth by providing sales representatives with opportunities ready to convert.
- Your energy and enthusiasm to meet and exceed your objectives.
- Your ability to document and maintain your activities in our CRM to ensure rigorous follow-up.
What you need:
- Initial experience in prospecting, business development, or inside sales.
- Comfort with outbound calls and cold outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills, curiosity, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Office suite, online prospecting tools).
Assets that will give you an edge:
Bilingualism (French and English), as you will communicate with clients and colleagues across Canada and the United States.
Knowledge of accounting and/or Acomba and Avantage software.
Experience with modern prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
