Reporting to the branch manager with the following job functions.

As an inside sales consultant you will be responsible for.

  • Managing customer requests sent by phone or email.
  • Attending to customers at the sales counter.
  • Processing orders in our computer system.
  • Promoting products.
  • Advising customers based on their needs.
  • Identifying parts.
  • Communicating technical information on products.


You will work with other team members to insure the best possible customer care. Other job functions may also be added as required.
