Description
Reporting to the branch manager with the following job functions.
As an inside sales consultant you will be responsible for.
- Managing customer requests sent by phone or email.
- Attend customers at the sales counter.
- Process orders in our computer system.
- Promote products.
- Inform customers based on their needs.
- Identify parts and hardware.
- Communicate technical information on products.
You will work with other team members to insure the best possible customer care. Other job functions may also be added as required.
