Were looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyones journeys better.Responsibilities:Deal directly with Airside Customers on a regular face to face basis.Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Perform customer verifications.Process orders, forms, applications and requests.Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.Record details of inquiries, comments and complaintsManage administration.Communicate and coordinate with internal departmentsAbility to obtain required security clearance & AVOP(Airside Vehicle Operators Permit)Demonstrated working knowledge of HACCPUpholds company policies and safety standards.Knowledge And Skills:Demonstrated experience in Final Assembly and/or Customer ServiceDemonstrated knowledge of kitchen and commissary procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written), who demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and works well in high-pressure situations.Ability to work independently, organizes work to ensure full proficiency and productivity is achievedAbility to handle high volume of work and maintain confidentiality.Self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, honesty and mutual respect.Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and kitchen and commissary procedures, some lifting and carrying (approx. 15lbs) is required.Must be able to work flexible shifts as per customers requirement and collective bargaining agreement.Must be able to obtain required security clearance and AVOP from CSIS AND GTAA.Must be in possession of a valid drivers license and a recent driver abstract.Must have a discipline free and excellent attendance record at the time of application.Working Conditions:Will beexposed toextreme temperature changes and noisesThis is a physically demanding position- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hoursIf you want to be part of a team that helps make travel and culinarymemories, join us!
