Garex is looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician! At Garex, the Continuous Improvement Technician plays a key role in analyzing processes, equipment, and products. Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the technician works closely with the team to support research and development while helping improve our products.

YOUR ROLE:
- Participate in root cause analysis of product rejections and implement solutions
- Carry out equipment design projects for production.
- Analyze production department layouts and implement improvement solutions.
- Evaluate standard times and processes.
- Develop a preventive maintenance program.
- Conduct testing to improve product performance.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Relevant experience in the field.
- A strong interest in continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in either French or English.
- Mastery of AutoCAD (an asset).
