This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone looking to relocate their practice to one of the most desirable areas of the lower mainland. To ensure a seamless transition, the office space and MOA of the member leaving is available for the successful applicant.
We are seeking an individual who provides care in general urology with a wide range of skills. This would include oncology, which involves complex procedures, such as radical cystectomy, prostatectomy, and nephrectomy. Further expected abilities involve covering common medical and surgical on call problems associated with a community urology practice. Active participation in monthly rounds is required and prior work experience is an asset. A fellowship in a relevant sub speciality would also be an asset. PAH has brand new state of the art ORs that opened in 2022. The successful applicant will have a full OR day per week and half-day ambulatory care per week.
Additionally, as a member of the Fraser Health medical staff, you will participate in the University of British Columbia (UBC) medical education program and are expected to apply for a clinical faculty appointment in the Division of Urology, UBC.
