Job Overview:
As an administrative officer within our management team, a key role in the management of administrative data, the processing of supplier orders, accounting support as well as in the implementation of our new ERP system.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the management team in their functions. Specifically, it will:
- Enter and update data in internet systems;
- Process and follow up on supplier orders;
- Collaborate with the accounting department for document entry, filing and other administrative tasks;
- Participate in the implementation of the new ERP (testing, training, user support, data migration);
- Ensure accuracy of data and compliance with established procedures;
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams.
Profile sought:
Education:
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Administration, Accounting or related field
- Any other combination of training and relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support position
- Experience in an accounting environment or with an ERP (an asset)
- Excellent command of office automation tools (Excel, Word, etc.);
- Rigor, organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities;
- Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset);
- Analytical skills.

The position requires a DEP or DEC or any other relevant training, knowledge of written and spoken English.
You will also need to have knowledge of the Office suite.
