Under the supervision of the Warehouse Director and the Order Management Department, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the efficient reception, shipping, and handling of goods, while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities
Receive and unload merchandise containers upon arrival.

Manage the container reception process using the computer system: data entry and system updates.

Follow up with carriers regarding shipments and deliveries.

Be comfortable using the phone and computer tools to ensure smooth communication with various stakeholders.

Prepare and load pallets for shipping.

Label boxes using internal digital tools.

Print and attach delivery slips.

Use a pallet wrapper to secure outgoing shipments.

Keep the physical inventory updated in coordination with the internal system.

Operate a manual and/or electric pallet jack.

Drive a forklift (certification required or up to date).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (receiving/shipping).

Comfortable using computer tools and inventory management systems.

Ability to work independently, with rigor and structure.

Strong organizational skills and respect for established procedures.

Ability to communicate in French, with a functional level of English.

Forklift certification (an asset).

Available to work day shifts and occasionally handle remote orders on Saturdays (a plus).
