Are you passionate about innovation, transformative projects, and continuous improvement? Join our dedicated project and advisory team supporting the supply chain departments.

As a Supply Chain Project Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain transformations by proposing innovative, pragmatic solutions aligned with our strategic goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of projects or workflows in accordance with our project management standards and organizational culture.

Identify, document, and manage internal clients' business needs and requirements.

Conduct feasibility analyses and demonstrate the strategic value of proposed initiatives.

Design functional solutions (prototypes, use-case scenarios, process flow mapping).

Analyze data, create visualizations, and recommend actionable insights based on structured interviews and diagnostics.

Assess the technical and organizational environment to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Contribute to testing, validating, and implementing new solutions to meet business needs.

Prepare documentation for meetings (agendas, minutes, presentations) and training materials (guides, process instructions).

Develop performance indicators and monitoring tools to evaluate post-implementation impact.

Promote a team culture focused on collaboration, performance, accountability, and operational excellence.

Support project-related activities including stakeholder training, test case execution, planning coordination, workflow prioritization, system configuration, and project leadership assistance when needed.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management) or Industrial Engineering

8+ years of experience in supply chain, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in each of the following areas:

Project and/or workflow coordination and small team management

Supply chain auditing and consulting

Solid understanding of MRP concepts

Bilingual (English and French) - fluent in both spoken and written communication

Ability to travel to our divisions in Canada and the United States, as needed

Experience with ERP systems and implementations (e.g., JDE, AS400, Optimiza), as well as WMS, TMS, VRS systems

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level)
