In this context, we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support our operations and ensure efficient and strategic procurement of materials, equipment and services.

Main responsibilities:
Ensure the purchasing of materials, tools, equipment and consumables from our supplier partners, with a view to reliability and optimization.

Negotiate purchasing conditions and establish long-term agreements to maintain solid, strategic relationships with suppliers.

Optimize procurement costs and lead times, while ensuring the quality of products and services received.

Verify and approve purchase and equipment rental invoices, in coordination with the accounting department.

Participate in the research and evaluation of new products, equipment and tooling, by carrying out profitability analyses and comparisons.


Contribute to the management of equipment and materials inventory by project (deliveries/returns), ensuring data reliability in the ERP system (Maestro).

Coordinate site orders with the warehouse foreman.

Work closely with internal teams to plan short- and medium-term material and equipment requirements.

Manage equipment rental accounts, ensuring return deadlines are met and deliveries are compliant.

Monitor the market and propose solutions to continually improve service efficiency.

Profile required:

Relevant experience in purchasing coordination in a construction or related industry context.

Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy.

Good negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Proficiency in ERP (Maestro, an asset).

Ability to work as part of a team and manage several priorities simultaneously.
