We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to support procurement activities and ensure smooth daily delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and shipping dates.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
Update internal systems and ensure documentation compliance.
Collaborate with carriers to prevent and resolve delays.
Actively participate in workplace health and safety initiatives.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (working with US suppliers).
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or logistics.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
