Our client is a fast-growing industrial company specializing in the design and manufacturing of customized technical systems for large-scale industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily follow-up with international suppliers to guarantee smooth execution of purchases.
Create and manage purchase orders.
Identify pending items and support buyers in resolving discrepancies or issues.
Update production tracking tools used by the purchasing team.
Coordinate the shipment and tracking of parts with suppliers, including associated logistics.
Process orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Operate in a constantly evolving environment requiring creativity and responsiveness.
Tackle daily challenges as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in electrical purchasing or a related field (strong asset).
Ideally, experience reading technical drawings in a manufacturing context.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of inventory management systems (Kanban, min/max, MRP).
Strong supplier follow-up skills and ability to manage international partnerships.
Attention to detail, fast execution, and strong persuasive abilities.

Curiosity and interest in learning new tools and methods.
