Working closely with the procurement teams and international partners, you will ensure regulatory compliance for all customs operations.
Your role is key in maintaining smooth cross-border trade and mitigating import-related risks.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with suppliers to collect, verify, and validate all documentation required by customs authorities.

Follow up on files and take action in cases of discrepancies or missing information.

Identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

Train and support partners and suppliers on evolving regulatory requirements in international trade.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation to support customs audits and respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies.

Requirements
Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, or a related field
3 years of experience in a similar role or in a customs brokerage firm
Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. customs regulations (CBP, WTO, USMCA, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency in both French and English
