I'm currently looking for a bilingual Project Manager to join the Canadian team of a North American leader in power transformer manufacturing.
Your Role
Based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, you will be the main point of contact for Canadian clients-from quote request to after-sales service. Acting as the key coordinator, you'll ensure project success by maintaining smooth communication and delivering top-tier customer service.
Your responsibilities:
* Serve as the main liaison for clients throughout the full project lifecycle (RFQs, orders, engineering, delivery, commissioning, after-sales).
* Coordinate with internal departments: Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality.
* Track project timelines, manage risks and change orders.
* Ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
* Validate customer invoices and maintain project tracking in internal tools.
Your Profile
* At least 4 years of experience in project or account management in an industrial environment.
* Degree in business, administration, or a related field (asset).
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Bilingual in French and English (required).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Organized, proactive, and focused on client satisfaction.
Working Conditions
* Full-time permanent position (on-site in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu).
* Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
