Hello, I'm Benjamin, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed ManuTech, a recruitment firm specializing in engineering and manufacturing. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. We cover all departments and all job levels.
Your duties :
We are looking for an Industrial Mechanic for a manufacturing company (clean and unionized environment) located in Sainte-Sophie. Immediate opening. Evening shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Participate in all maintenance activities on the manufacturing site
- Preventive maintenance, diagnostics, installations, troubleshooting, safety additions, etc.
- You will be involved in purchasing and ordering parts.
- Give your opinion on machine optimization and on the smooth running of the manufacturing process
- Intervene in the event of breakdowns or malfunctions
- Other related tasks
Your professional skills :
- You know how to read a mechanical drawing
- You can work autonomously, with a minimum of supervision (full training is provided).
- You know how to manage your priorities and are well-organized
We're looking for an organized, autonomous problem-solver.
Your profile :
- DEP or DEC in industrial mechanics or equivalent
- Mechanical knowledge
-Salary: $38 - $39 per hour
-Permanent position 40h/week, minimum 2 weeks vacation, full insurance and RRSP
