Your Role :
This hybrid position combines hands-on electromechanical work with maintenance planning and coordination. You will play a key part in optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing parts and work orders, and ensuring reliable equipment performance.
Main responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
* Manage spare parts, inventory, and work orders
* Document maintenance procedures and follow-ups
* Collaborate with production to schedule equipment shutdowns
* Participate in complex mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
Your Profile :
* Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
* Solid experience in industrial mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
* Good understanding of maintenance planning and tracking practices
* Strong organizational and technical skills
* Hands-on leadership and team spirit
* Basic knowledge of electricity or automation (an asset)
Working Conditions :
* Competitive pay up to $44/h depending on experience
* Stable day shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m., flexible)
