I'm currently hiring for an innovative industrial company based in the West Island of Montreal, looking for an Electrical Engineer - Full-time permanent position - 40h/week.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and commissioning of automated equipment with an environmental purpose. You will be actively involved in project lifecycle management, from design through production, and will provide critical technical support to the service and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, validate and revise electrical drawings and systems architecture.
- Integrate and optimize electrical components to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate on prototyping and ensure seamless integration between system interfaces.
- Plan projects, estimate budgets, prepare technical documentation and manage supplier relations.
- Support product launches and contribute to ongoing product and process improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to internal teams
- University degree in Electrical Engineering.

- 3-5 years of experience in an automated manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to troubleshoot efficiently and work autonomously.
- Fluent in French and English (international communication required).
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Job Conditions
- Salary: Starting at $85,000/year + annual performance bonus.
