Your Role :
* Program and set up CNC machines according to technical specifications.
* Perform regular quality checks to ensure parts meet requirements.
* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
* Work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
* Keep accurate records of operations and report any issues.
* Train and mentor CNC operators.
Your Profile :
* Diploma in mechanics, machining, or a related field.
* Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
* Proven experience as a CNC machinist in an industrial environment.
* Proficient with CNC programming software and measuring tools.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to work under pressure.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Working Conditions :
* Permanent, full-time position, day shift.
* Location: Saint-Laurent (Montréal).
* Salary: $58,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
