MissionYour responsibilities
Team leadership & management
Oversee task prioritization and workload distribution within the development team.
Lead Agile ceremonies (reviews, retrospectives, planning) and ensure adherence to best practices.
Set work standards and foster a motivating, high‑performance team environment.
Ensure alignment between deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement across processes and codebase.
Strategic alignment & quality oversight
Guide senior leadership on strategic decisions related to software initiatives.
Maintain high quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Prepare analyses and estimates to support sales and project planning.
Resource management & partnerships
Lead hiring, onboarding, and annual performance reviews for team members.
Build and sustain key strategic partnerships supporting innovation and business growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in computer science (or related field).
Experience: Around 10 years in software development, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Languages:
Strong command of French (spoken and written).
Good English communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
Technical expertise:
Front‑end: Vue.js, C# WinForm.
Back‑end: C#.
Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/Pinia and SQL Server.
Experience with DevOps environments and Git.
Agile and TDD practices.
Experience working with APIs (REST, flat files).
Soft skills: Inspiring leadership, strong communication, collaborative mindset.
Assets: DevExpress / DevExtreme, Azure DevOps, AI project experience, unit testing, Visual Studio Code.
