- Deeply understand user needs for internally developed solutions or third‑party system integrations.
- Define and evolve the product vision based on business goals and technology roadmap.
- Translate requirements into clear, structured user stories for development teams.
- Lead, support, and develop software development and QA team members.
- Monitor individual and collective performance while fostering team cohesion and collaboration.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, technical constraints, and user impact.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and product reviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on functional processes, workflows, and solution architecture.
- Stay informed on software development trends and propose continuous improvements.
- Perform any related tasks required as part of the role.

- Bachelor's degree in technology, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of product management experience in software development environments.
- Proven experience leading teams, coaching talent, and supporting professional growth.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Ability to write and analyze user scenarios and functional requirements.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, proactivity, and strong decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in French with strong English communication skills for interactions with external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and resilience under pressure.
- Customer‑centric mindset and attention to quality.
