I'm Robin, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
Mission
Reporting to IT leadership, you will design, maintain and secure technological infrastructures, including cloud environments, networks, servers and security tools. Your role covers three core areas: architecture, operations and cybersecurity. You will act as a technical expert, support the adoption of best practices, and assist internal teams in optimizing and securing deployed technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture (30%)
Design infrastructure architectures including cloud‑based technologies.
Develop proofs of concept to support new requirements or improve existing solutions.
Train and guide team members on the deployment and support of new technologies.
Document architectures and maintain all related documentation.
Define standards and technologies to be adopted in collaboration with IT management.
Configure and govern access policies within identity management platforms.
Operations (40%)
Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, security platforms, servers and storage.
Ensure performance, availability and resilience of all IT systems.
Deploy monitoring tools to gain full visibility into the health of the technological environment.
Monitor and optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Manage cloud infrastructures and optimize resource usage and costs.
Administer identity structures and manage roles and privileges.
Act as a subject‑matter expert for Microsoft‑based environments (Windows Server, Azure, O365, Intune).
Configure and maintain backup solutions aligned with operational needs.
Cybersecurity (30%)
Implement and manage security solutions: firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, identity and access management.
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across systems and applications.
Propose and implement improvements to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
Define incident‑response plans and disaster‑recovery strategies.
Maintain awareness of cybersecurity trends, threats and innovations.
Govern administrative access and firewall configuration rules.
Respond quickly to security incidents and lead investigations when required.
Oversee external managed‑services providers responsible for firewall maintenance, system updates and security operations.
Your Profile
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure management, including a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity.
Experience implementing governance practices and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure management (Azure).
Experience participating in cybersecurity projects and policy development.
Experience managing infrastructure projects with external partners.
Strong knowledge of incident‑management processes.
Comfortable working in a fast‑changing and transformative environment.
Ability to balance operational activities with project‑based work.
