Today, I'm recruiting for one of my wonderful clients located in Ville Saint-Laurent. I'm recruiting a Level 3 IT Technician to support the IT coordinator and assist less experienced staff as needed. The position is temporary for 6 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent afterward.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the network, wireless equipment, and computer systems.
- Actively participate in documentation, writing user guides, and user training.
- Support school and administrative staff, both in person and remotely.
- Contribute to the implementation of new technological solutions in collaboration with the IT analyst.
- Assume a technical leadership role within the IT technician team.
- College diploma in information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with supervisory or coordination responsibilities.
- Autonomy, initiative, customer focus.
- Fluency in French and functional English.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, Office 365, SCCM, and MDM (asset).
- Experience in a school or northern environment (strong asset).
