Reporting to an IT manager and working in collaboration with a senior technician, you will support end users, participate in technical projects, and maintain reliable IT operations. You will deliver fast, service‑oriented assistance, keep accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.
Main Responsibilities

Provide support to users across various sites and address their service requests.
Deliver efficient, customer‑focused first‑line technical support.
Document incidents and requests in IT ticketing tools.
Offer occasional off‑hours assistance during urgent situations.
Contribute to IT projects supporting broader operational objectives.
Update internal procedures and technical documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors when required.
Perform any related tasks that support the smooth running of the IT department.

Your profile

Your Profile

Strong knowledge of Windows 11, laptops, and desktops.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Understanding of mobile and IP telephony.
Intermediate networking skills: LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, VLAN.
Assets: Azure, Active Directory, VMware, VEEAM, Windows Server versions [to be validated with the client].
Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills; ability to manage priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Autonomy, sense of urgency, and customer‑oriented approach.
College‑level diploma in IT.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk role.
Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.

Working Conditions

Full‑time position with occasional remote work.
Standard business hours, with occasional evening and weekend availability for urgent situations.
Occasional travel to operational sites.
