I'm Chahinez, IT Recruitment Consultant, and I'm currently looking for a System Administrator who wants to contribute to a complex, evolving environment with a real impact on IT operations.

As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's infrastructure. You will manage server environments, Microsoft platforms, virtualization solutions, and backup systems to maintain smooth and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and core services (AD/GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, Exchange, O365, Azure services).
* Manage the full lifecycle of servers: deployment, configuration, optimization, patching, and monitoring.
* Oversee and maintain virtualized environments (Hyper V, VMware).
* Manage NAS/SAN storage solutions (allocation, optimization, high availability).
* Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
* Conduct in depth troubleshooting using logs, alerts, and advanced diagnostic tools.
* Participate in infrastructure upgrade, modernization, and optimization projects (planning, architecture, documentation).
* Ensure system security through hardening, antivirus management, best practices, and compliance.
* Document environments: procedures, architectures, diagrams, technical guides, and training material.
* Provide Level 3 support and assist during critical incidents.

* At least 5 years in a system administration role.
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise with Microsoft environments:
Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, Exchange, O365, SQL Server, DFS, IIS, PowerShell, Azure services
* Virtualization: Hyper V and/or VMware
* Storage systems: NAS/SAN
* Monitoring, diagnostic, and backup tools
* Solid understanding of core system protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMB/CIFS, etc.)
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical issues
* Proactive, autonomous, and detail oriented
* Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge
* Flexibility and responsiveness when operational needs arise
Nice to Have
* Experience with WatchGuard, Aruba, or Mosyle MDM
* Knowledge of cloud technologies, scripting, or automation
* Experience in multi site or high availability environments
* Familiarity with MacOS, Microsoft Dynamics, internal management tools, or security standards
